THE FRONT OFFICE
Step into
the comfortable, inviting front office and reception area where you can talk
about dogs, sign up for a class, or buy a snack and cold drink.

THE GROOMING AREA
The grooming
area and Do-It-Yourself Dog Wash is open weekends during park hours or
during the week by appointment. It features a comfortable, elevated bathing
tub with a ramp for large dogs. You can bathe your dog with a large
selection of shampoos and conditioners. Prices are $10 for small to medium dogs and $12
for large dogs which include all the hot water and towels you’ll need, plus
shampoo, conditioner, and full use of all the equipment such as grooming
table, dryer, combs, clippers and apron. THIS IS THE ONLY DO-IT-YOURSELF DOG
WASH IN RUTHERFORD COUNTY!
Other grooming services
include dog bathing and minor trims, dematting, nail trim ($5) and ear
cleaning ($5). Full grooming rates are determined by size of dog, length of
hair, and condition of coat.

 THE TRAINING ROOM
The inside of the training building is clean, spacious, well
lit, heated and cooled. It is the perfect size for small group classes and
year-round events. Building is available to organizations for fundraisers,
rummage sales, dinners, meetings, and parties. Please inquire about rates.
Free to non-profit groups.

PLAYGROUND FOR DOGS
The first of its kind in Rutherford County, and
the ONLY privately owned dog park in Middle Tennessee, The Barking Lot is a
fully fenced, football-field sized, playground for you and your dogs to
socialize, exercise, and have a ball!

Studies have shown that dogs who are
socialized early and exposed to new environments and surroundings are
happier, more confident, friendly and out-going, making them a better
companion. |

puppies, one for smaller dogs and puppies, one for larger dogs, each with
size-appropriate agility articles to jump over, crawl through, and chase
around. Each side also has its own splash pool in which dogs can cool
off. |
